Niki G's Fitness Boot Camp is a an indoor and/or outdoor group fitness training program for all fitness levels.
Each class is designed to give you a FAT BLASTING, BODY SCULPTING workout in one hour and it never includes the same exercises and boring routines.
Whether you are just getting started or have been working out for years, Niki, will find a way to challenge YOU each and every workout.
Fitness Boot Camps offered year-round at Niki G's Fitness Studio in Lenox Village. Outdoor options in Brentwood and Franklin are available March-November.

Niki G's Yoga Boot Camp is a yoga and fitness hybrid class designed to help you get in shape!
This program will help you tone up, improve your balance, flexibility, and stamina and can even help you lose weight! This is a non-meditation, class for ALL fitness levels and no experience is necessary to join. Poses and exercises can be modified for your individual needs.
Emphasis is placed on all the fitness benefits that Yoga has to offer. Classes include a complete warm up, a fast-paced calorie burning sequence, poses to tone and tighten your entire body, and finally a relaxing cool down.
Yoga Boot Camp is available year-round at Niki G's Fitness Studio in Lenox Village.
